In the heat of the moment, it can be easy to make rash decisions that you later regret. That’s why it’s so important to have a plan in place for when things go wrong. By taking a few moments to calm down and assess the situation, you can make sure that you’re taking the best course of action for both your business and your customers.

If handled properly, crises can actually be an opportunity to build trust and credibility with your vendors and customers.
