There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to the question of what the dream entrepreneurial life looks like.
For some people, it may mean being their own boss and working from home. For others, it may mean traveling the world and working from anywhere. And for others still, it may mean building a multimillion-dollar company.
The American dream is often associated with owning your own business. For many people, the thought of being their own boss and setting their own hours is very appealing. However, starting a business can be a daunting task. There are a lot of things to consider when starting a business, such as the type of business you want to start, your target market, and your marketing strategy.
For many people, thinking about starting a business is 50% daydreaming about what life must be like as a successful business owner, and the other 50% is wondering how to get to that point.
That’s really where most people get hung up. What I call “The Tyranny of How.” How can I get to the dream?? How do I even start?
If you’re in the early stages of starting a business, it’s important to spend some time thinking about what your ideal life as a business owner would look like. What are your goals and aspirations? What do you want to achieve? Once you have a good understanding of what you want, you can start to create a plan to make it happen.
When I first created my elopement business, my dream life wasn’t full of fast cars, penthouse suites in Vegas, or 1st-Class flights to Paris on a random Friday.
I just wanted to spend most of my time with my twins, have the freedom to work mostly from home, and have a family car that was easy for all of us to get in and out of. That’s really it! Freedom to spend my time the way I wanted to.
No matter what your dream entrepreneurial life looks like, the process of making it happen starts with imagining where you want to be. That’s actually a very important (and fun!) step in the entrepreneurial process.
Then, all you have to do is figure out how to get there. That’s where I come in! I eliminate the entire “Tyranny of How” and provide so many Done-For-You solutions so that you can spend more time dreaming and less time doing.
So go ahead and daydream about your ideal life as a business owner. I want to hear all about it!
Let’s combine your dream and my blueprint, and together we will get you there!
